This list is not comprehensive but will give you an idea of the type of services we offer.

Hard Drive Replacement
If your drive is faulty but still accessible we can clone the contents to a new drive. This means all your programs and documents etc will be just as they were.
If your drive is non-working we will attempt to retrieve data using data recovery equipment. A new drive will be put into your computer and loaded with Windows using your existing licence.
Laptops
We carry out all sorts of laptop repairs including screen replacement, keyboard replacement, power socket repair. We also sell original power supply cables for most models.
Desktop Hardware Repairs
This includes work such as replacing faulty parts such as video cards, cd/dvd drives, power supplies. Also covers things such as faulty on-off switches, damaged sockets.
Upgrades
Upgrades can be increased memory, larger hard drive etc in desktop PCs and laptops.

Virus Removal
Removal of all types of viruses, spyware, trojans etc. This usually will not affect your programs or data. Occasionally, in severe cases, the computer will need to be formatted and Windows reloaded. We will save your data beforehand and discuss what programs you are using.
Tune-Up and Health Check (Optional Security Software)
We recommend a yearly service and check over for your PC or laptop to keep it running smoothly and safely. This can include installation of our favourite internet security suite at the time. We test all new security software for usability and investigate how good they are before deciding. We have no vested interest with any particular company so make an independent choice based on experience. Subsequent yearly tune-ups will qualify for a reduced price if you have no major problems to be resolved during the service.
Reload Operating System
Sometimes a computer will benefit from a complete format and reload of Windows and your programs. This will cost no more than the yearly service. Occasionally we may recommend this instead of the tune-up when we check it over.

Email Problems
Email not working? Can receive but not send? Changed broadband provider? Email program won't open? Can't empty the deleted items box? getting lots of spam? Attachment trouble?

Software Installation
Bought some new software and can't install it? Got a netbook with no disk drive and need something installed? Antivirus program expired and not sure how to replace it? We can help with all your software needs.
Printer & Peripherals Installation
New printer? We can install it and make sure it works properly. Or buy a printer from us and we will install it free the same day.
Wireless
We can set up your laptop to connect wirelessly to your broadband router. Also wireless printers.
